F&M worked with the Woodbridge HOA Board to refresh their pool area and amenities building as well as to develop a large new exterior spa.  The pool area and building had not seen any substantial improvements since the 1970’s.  The project a combination of modern mechanical technologies and solar PV to heat the pool and spa water and also included significant improvements to increase accessibility to both the pool and the building.
